Do not ever expect them to answer the phone. I finally had to drive over there to ask my questions ( I recently moved from another state). The man I spoke with was very rude and slightly aggressive. He almost refused to process my homestead exemption because the car at my home was not currently in my name (I was in the process of having that switched). I had to argue with the man and pretty much plead my case even though it is NONE of their business if I own my car. You can own a home and have a homestead exemption and ride a bicycle to work if you want to. His final response was "well I hope you enjoy that $500 ticket when you get pulled over". Just plain rude and unnecessary.
Don't answer the phone but want $1100.00 by Feb 1st. When my mortgage company pays for it. Guess round 2 again after last year.
They don't answer the phone when you call, I've been calling them all day and at one point someone picked up the phone and hung up the phone.
