Don't waste your time and money. I have been going to this clinic for at least 2 years now. I went in 4 times to be seen about a severe chest cough and was coughing up unpleasantly colored things, was on inhalers for that are for asthma, I do not have asthma, I was living in a room with a drip humidifier for weeks and taking all of the o-t-c medications that I could take just to breathe, and all they could do was compare my condition with something they picked up in Zimbabwe. I've never been outside the country, and gave me something that is for terminal patients to dry up their mucus membranes. I had this illness for over 9 months, from November - July , at no resolution thanks to these people. The front staff is rude, they don't return phone calls, they refuse to answer the phone, when they do answer the phone they're rude, I schedule an appointment to see my primary physician and they schedule me with a nurse that I've never seen before without my knowledge until said nurse walks into the room after waiting for over an hour. I could go on and on. If you have another option, do NOT go here.
After a long wait and only being able to see a nurse practitioner, my prescriptions weren’t sent correctly. It’s impossible to speak anyone there just a lot of call shuffling by the answering system. I left a message and still hadn’t received a call back the next day. When I finally managed to speak to a nurse and explain what happened she replied firmly “I didn’t work yesterday.” If you’re looking for a don’t care attitude towards customers, this is your place.
Good care, very nice staff I loved the nurse practitioner she was awesome. The wait was looking g and I had to come e back in that afternoon to ask why my meds weren't called in from lunch time that day.
I have ALWAYS had a great experience here. Fast & friendly.
I was glad that they help me with ma infection but at the sameness time the strong staff was irresponsible and they never told me about deductible when I was paying them. And then when I called they were like we did send u statements and all . Where at the first place they were suppose to tell me on the same day. And I get to know about this after 2 years. Wow
