After helping us through three family member's funerals over the years, I can only say great things about Brantley Phillips. The staff here is the best. Family owned and operated, caring and compassionate, and they pay attention to the smallest details.
Absolutely awful!! I would not suggest using them!! The curator is rude and unsympathetic. He is awful. My daughters fiance passed and he let the mother (might i add that she didnt raise him and didnt have custody) make all decisions!! Do not, Do not, use them!! It is nice to see that you have a web page but you are way behind times. I have had many of my family members come through your doors but have to wait until the next newspaper writing to read the obituary. It would be nice to click onto your site & be able to get this. We buried both my parents this year, over a three month span, and required the services of this funeral home both times. The operators of this establishment were very helpful, supportive, and friendly. We were welcomed to provide personal touches to the services and our children were treated special during our time there, which was appreciated. I haven't had much experience with funerals or the providers of such formal final services, but the people here helped us through the process of both my parents burials with very little headache. I'm grateful for them.
There are not enough words to express how amazing they are here at Brantley Phillips. Mr. Phillips is amazing. They took exceptional care of my sister and myself when my Mom passed. It was a hard time losing my Mother so early and they were so kind. We had her cremated and they were so generous in making sure before the funeral that we had my Mom's ashes back very quickly. We chose them because they did my aunt's funeral almost 10 years ago. They were just as kind as they were then. Very thankful for their help and kindness.
