Last time going into this store. Poorest customer service I have ever received from any business in Hernando. The owner needs to take a course in customer service and learn how to be polite to customers. Seems lie he caters to lawncare busineses and could care less about basic customer. Almost bought a new weed eater today, but after his attitude, took my business elsewhere.
Wish I could give -5 stars. Horrible customer service. Poor work. Had my mower for 3 weeks. When I went to check on it, I was told part was on back order and would be at least another week. They only checked one supplier. I asked if I found the part would they install. Yes, they said. Pulled out my phone. Found the part on Amazon with sunday delivery. The look on their faces was priceless. Had the part delivered and they installed. When I got my mower and engaged the blades, I knew it wasn't right. The mower worked for 2 hours. I drove 50 miles to a shop that knows their stuff to avoid the 2 mile drive to this place. I have purchased several pieces of equipment from this store, but I've given them the last dollar.....actually the last $130. Sad really. Would have loved to be able to do business with a local business.
If you love a store that has sub par customer service, here you go. This place can deliver that to you no problem. Just make sure you don't go there during lunch (12-1), they are closed.
If your like the rest of society and you enjoy a friendly smile and a thank you, I would try out WADE right down the road. They are a huge multiple location dealership, so I can only imagine they grew a business on a foundation of understanding what a customer wants.
I have had nothing but a positive experience every time I have dealt with this company. They are always willing to help you in anyway possible and are not out to charge you for something you don’t need.
