Last time, the fish and mac were kinda old, but 9 x out of 10, it's great and the employees are very kind, inside is clean, wait is reasonable.

Food was horrible. Order was not right. TENDERS were burnt and Fish was hard. Called them for over 2 hours and would not answer the phone.
