The worst people I've ever dealt with. They should all lose their jobs. They lie and don't want to work.
Awful employees and it is NOT professional. Had to wait over an hour for a 5 minute task. Wish I could rate this place 0 stars.
I called last week to make an appointment to get my son his booster shots. I was told shots are only done on a walk in basis on Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am to 3 pm. So I waited until Thursday to come in. I showed up at 1030 and the front desk attendant told me "the nurse is swamped and be able to see you this morning." When I explained that I had called ahead of time she then told me well she won't be back until 1. So I came back at 1245. Now it's 1:40 and they haven't started seeing people yet.
Horrible. If I could give no stars I would. Set an appointment 3 weeks in advance to come in, still sit there for 4 hours only to be told the original lady I talked to on the phone lied to me. Waste of my time! Will never go again!
Have tried several times to call this morning to make sure I will be able to get my Grandaughter a TDap shot. The phone just rings and rings. I call over & over and it only rings., no answer. I called district 1 to complain and get answers. I spoke with a very pleasant Jackie who explained they are open M-T.
Not Friday. I suggested a recording for callers snd she did explain they are in the process of working on that. If I had further scrolled on the website, I would have seen that the office hours are posted.
